Position: Senior Development Manager – SDM
Channel: Banca Channel
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (BFSI or Insurance preferred)
CTC: Up to ₹3.25 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits (Based on experience and interview)
Qualification: Minimum Graduation is Compulsory

Job Roles

– Work closely with assigned bank branches to generate insurance business

– Build strong relationships with Bank employees and customers

– Train and motivate Bank staff to promote life insurance products

– Ensure high levels of lead conversion and customer satisfaction

– Conduct joint field calls and sales meetings with Bank employees

– Follow up with prospective customers and close the sales
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the bank branch’s growth
