Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Manager to strengthen our Agency Channel business. The role involves recruiting and developing Insurance Advisors, driving sales performance, and building long-term business relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Recruit quality Insurance Advisors and help them establish their business.
• Guide advisors in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to improve advisor productivity.
• Build a strong advisor network within the assigned territory.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and annual business goals.
• Maintain healthy relationships with advisors and customers.
• Track sales performance and implement action plans for improvement.
• Contribute to overall branch growth and market expansion.
Eligibility Criteria
• Any Graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, Pharma, or related sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and influence people.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
