Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships in the financial sector.
- Recommend and sell financial products such as investments and insurance.
- Exceed sales targets through prospecting and cross-selling.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams for product enhancement.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking and finance sales.
- Proven sales success in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to analyze client needs.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
