Responsibilities:

* Lead and motivate a team of direct sales representatives.

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.

* Train and mentor sales team members.

* Maintain client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree preferred.

* Proven sales management experience in life insurance.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Analytical mind-set and target-driven approach.

* Minimum age limit: 22 to 40

* Must be local
