Job Description

A field sales manager manages a group of sales representatives who work in the field.

Must:

Two or more years in any sales.
24 years old to 38 years old.
Must have own bike and licenses.
Ability to build and lead Team.
Responsible for training, monitoring, and motivating their sales team.

Roles:

Train new sales representatives and provide ongoing training as needed
Ensure that sales representatives are meeting their sales targets and following protocols
Encourage and motivate the sales team
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve the business’s sales objectives
Set sales targets and manage the sales pipeline
Manage the sales budget
Report on sales activity
