Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Field Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of sales professionals in the life insurance sector. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth through smart strategies, team development, and strong customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

Graduate in business or a related field.
Must be a local resident with knowledge of the area.
At least 2 years of experience in sales (insurance preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
