Job Description

As a CASA Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting our CASA products to meet sales targets. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and converting prospects into CASA account holders.

 

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Trustworthy commercial sources for salary accounts

• Building new relationships with SA customers in the desired market segment and generating recommendations from the targeted demographic.

• Generating leads for upselling other products and services to family accounts.

• Addressing queries or complaints from customers.

• Self-sourced current and savings accounts on the open market.

 

Required Candidate profile:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, or a related profession.

• Effective social and communication abilities

• Solid knowledge of compliance requirements and banking rules.

• Self-driven and goal-oriented.
