Job Description
The Field Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales, acquiring new trade customers, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibility:
– Promote products to trade customers, meet sales targets, and acquire new clients.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies as needed.
– Oversee order fulfillment and coordinate with inventory teams to ensure timely delivery.
– Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
– 2-6 years in sales, preferably in trade or wholesale.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
– Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Working Conditions:
– Full-time, field-based with frequent travel.
