About the Role:

As a Front Line Sales Manager for Insurance Agencies, you will manage a team of Insurance Advisors, working to ensure that they meet and exceed sales targets. Your focus will be on performance management, coaching, and fostering strong client relationships to boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Insurance Advisors.

Set and achieve sales targets for the team.

Conduct training and performance reviews to ensure high sales productivity.

Build strong relationships with key clients and support advisors in sales processes.

Provide guidance and support to ensure team success.

Key Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in insurance or direct sales, with experience leading teams.

Minimum undergraduate degree.

Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.

Age: 25 to 38 years.

Local candidates from Hyderabad preferred.

Compensation:

Salary (CTC): ₹3.50 LPA to ₹4.50 LPA
