Key Responsibilities
Recruit New Partners: Identify and onboard potential channel partners.
Maintain Relationships: Build strong, lasting connections with existing partners.
Strategize for Success: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to partners.
Monitor Performance: Track sales metrics and provide performance insights.
Provide Training: Conduct product and sales training sessions for partners.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any stream.
Experience: 1+ years in channel sales or field sales.
Skills:Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
Compensation
CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits.
