Job Description

We are now seeking a Sales Officer for our Sales and marketing departments. The ideal applicant will supervise, train, and inspire salespeople, oversee sales targets, and locate all clients.

Role and responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales target of 75 Demat A/C based on location and revenue.
• Ensure promotional and contest attempts are accepted successfully.
• Coordinate and train partners/bank workers.
• Supporting channel partners on joint calls is essential.
• Present at the branch and confidently conduct sales operations.

Desired candidate profiles:

• Customers receive individualized service.
• Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in Broking/Banking And Insurance Field.
• Orientation towards customers.
• Demonstrates high energy and motivation to achieve goals.
• CTC: Up to 4.50 LPA plus incentives and benefits.
