Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate records.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment partners.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
