Job Description
As a Junior Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition for our company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics, to identify and pursue opportunities to increase customer acquisition and improve marketing ROI.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketing performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing materials to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Monitor and report on key metrics related to customer acquisition, including CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Assist with the development of marketing budgets and forecasts to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment between marketing and product strategies.
- Work with external vendors and partners as needed to execute campaigns and achieve marketing objectives.
Required Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools is preferred
