Junior CASA Officer – Banking

Job Description

We are hiring fresh graduates for the position of Junior CASA Officer. The role involves acquiring new customers, promoting Savings & Current Accounts, and supporting branch sales activities. Candidates must be comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.

Job Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers for Current & Savings Accounts (CASA)
Generate leads through fieldwork, references, and open market
Cross-sell banking products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, FDs, and Loans
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Achieve monthly sales targets
Provide excellent pre- and post-sales service

Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of banking products (preferred)
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Willingness to do field sales
Immediate joiners preferred
