Junior CASA Officer
Job Description
We are hiring fresh graduates for the position of Junior CASA Officer. The role involves acquiring new customers, promoting Savings & Current Accounts, and supporting branch sales activities. Candidates must be comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for Savings & Current Accounts.
- Conduct field visits, market mapping, and lead generation.
- Explain banking features and help customers choose suitable accounts.
- Cross-sell basic banking products (FD/RD, Debit Card, Net Banking).
- Maintain strong customer relationships for future business.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the branch team for customer servicing.
Requirements
- Must have Two-Wheeler + Driving License (preferred)
- Ready for field sales
- Freshers most welcome
