Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a proactive Key Account Manager to strengthen and expand relationships with our most valuable clients in Guwahati. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for understanding client needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage lasting relationships with key client accounts, driving their long-term success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional service.
Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in account management or sales.
Strong communication skills and the ability to develop meaningful relationships.
A keen eye for data analysis and the ability to convert insights into action.
