Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Manager – Field Sales to lead and manage the agency channel sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and the ability to inspire and manage a team of agents.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
· Recruit, train, and supervise a team of agents to ensure high performance.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents to drive sales.
· Monitor and track sales performance, providing guidance to agents.
· Report sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to the senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience in field sales or agency sales management.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
· Target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
