Job Description

To oversee our agency channel, we are seeking a dynamic field sales manager. This is the position for you if you have a strong interest in team building and sales!

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, develop, and guide agents to achieve optimal performance.
• Create and put into action growth-oriented sales strategy.
• Establish trusting bonds with stakeholders and agents.
• Keep abreast of market developments and rivalry.
• Continue to support agents in developing their abilities.
• Create senior management performance reports.
• Assure compliance with rules and guidelines.

Requirements :
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least two years of experience in field and retail sales.
• A solid understanding of the sales and distribution procedures used by agencies.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
• The candidate must be from the area.
• A cooperative mindset centered on group achievement.
