Qualifications:
Experience: 3 to 5 years in sales and marketing, especially in BFSI.
Leadership: Experience leading teams and achieving sales goals.
Communication: Good at talking to people and negotiating deals.
Strategy: Able to use information to make smart decisions.
Proactive: Always looking for new ideas and ways to solve problems.
