Role Overview:
The Performance Manager is responsible for managing and scaling a team of insurance agents. The role includes driving sales growth, fostering agent development, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets while building a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Team Building: Attract and onboard top talent, building a strong team of agents.
Sales Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals.
Coaching & Development: Provide continuous training and mentoring to enhance agent performance.
Target Achievement: Ensure the team meets sales targets, product objectives, and customer acquisition goals.
Performance Monitoring: Track team performance and implement corrective measures as needed.
Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key agents and clients.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years in insurance or sales leadership.
Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree .
