Position: Relationship Manager – RM
Channel: Direct Channel
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (BFSI or Insurance preferred)
CTC: Up to ₹3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
Qualification: Minimum Graduation is Compulsory
Location: Chennai

 Job Roles

– Leads will be provided by the company – follow up and convert into business

– Meet potential customers and pitch suitable life insurance plans

– Explain policy features and benefits clearly to the clients

– Maintain strong relationships with customers for future cross-sell and referrals

– Schedule meetings and organize presentations based on client needs

– Take daily follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction

– Achieve monthly targets and contribute to branch performance

– Maintain records of sales and client communication
