Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented professional to join our Agency Channel team. The role focuses on building a strong advisor network, driving sales performance, and contributing to business growth through effective team management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard Insurance Advisors.
• Develop and strengthen advisor relationships to maximize productivity.
• Conduct regular training and skill-development sessions.
• Support advisors in customer acquisition and business generation.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor advisor performance and provide continuous guidance.
• Implement sales strategies to increase market penetration.
• Ensure business growth through effective team management.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, BFSI, Insurance, FMCG, Pharma, Telecom, or related sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in team building and people management preferred.
• Self-driven and target-oriented professional.
