We have Urgent openings for Relationship Manager – Business Banking for Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India location.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Creates new High Net Worth Customer relationships and strengthens existing ones for liabilities and business assets.
· Assures strict adherence to bank policies and high standards of customer service oriented.
· Cross-sells clients on current bank products.
· Notifies clients of updated or new products to strengthen the banking connection.
· Arranges special sales events and initiatives for clients, both new and old.
· Works in conjunction with other group firms to offer easy access to other products.
· Keeps an accurate record of all interactions with the allocated customer accounts.
· Monitors turnaround times for customer satisfaction and customer complaints/questions
Qualification, Experience & Attributes:
· 2-5 Experience in Banking Sector
· Any Graduate Can Apply
· Excellent analytical abilities
· Strong verbal and written communication abilities
· Working knowledge of marketing automation systems
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
