Job Description
Our team is in need of a Relationship Manager who prioritizes results, to guide our personnel, formulate effective strategies, enhance revenue streams, and guarantee exceptional customer service while adhering to compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Entrusted with managing a specific number of bank branches and points of sale, while striving to achieve targets for brokerage accounts and revenue through effective collaboration with channel partners.
- The goal is to secure at least 75 Demat accounts each month, in line with the predetermined sales budget.
- It is required to conduct a minimum of three client meetings daily, along with one visit to a branch and the assigned branches.
- To secure the effective launch of all promotional and contest efforts.
- Accountable for the activation and enhancement of the POS/Br system.
- Coordinate and facilitate four monthly training sessions for partners and bank personnel.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and channel management, preferably in BFSI products/services, with a focus on broking.
- Domain Expertise Familiarity with broking, capital markets, and banking sectors.
- Possession of a vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) is required.
- Proficient in relationship management and knowledgeable about financial products.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
