Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Relationship Manager who is results-oriented, tasked with leading our team, crafting strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent customer service in accordance with compliance regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Charged with the oversight of assigned bank branches and POS systems, with the goal of driving performance in brokerage accounts and revenue, leveraging the assistance of channel partners.
- It is essential to reach a minimum of 75 Demat accounts monthly, as outlined in the pre-budgeted sales plan.
- The expectation is to hold at least three client meetings each day, in addition to one branch visit and visits to the designated branches.
- To facilitate the effective execution of all promotional and contest programs.
- Tasked with the activation and improvement of the POS/Br system.
- Organize and execute four training sessions each month for partners and bank staff.
- Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and channel management, preferably in BFSI products/services, with a focus on broking.
- Domain Expertise Familiarity with broking, capital markets, and banking sectors.
- Possession of a vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) is required.
- Proficient in relationship management and knowledgeable about financial products.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
