Job Description
We are in pursuit of a Relationship Manager with a results-oriented approach to oversee our team, devise strategies, elevate revenue, and ensure exemplary customer service while upholding compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration of a set number of bank branches and points of sale, aiming to meet targets for brokerage accounts and revenue through the support of channel partners.
- The aim is to achieve a minimum of 75 Demat accounts on a monthly basis, consistent with the pre-budgeted sales expectations.
- One must ensure a minimum of three client meetings per day, as well as one visit to a branch and the assigned branches.
- To assure the efficient deployment of all promotional and contest activities.
- Responsible for initiating and advancing the POS/Br system.
- Oversee and conduct four training sessions monthly for partners and bank employees.
- Ensure the preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and channel management, preferably in BFSI products/services, with a focus on broking.
- Domain Expertise Familiarity with broking, capital markets, and banking sectors.
- Possession of a vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) is required.
- Proficient in relationship management and knowledgeable about financial products.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
