We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and high-energy Sales Officers to join our frontline banking team. This is a 100% field-based role perfect for freshers who want to build a high-growth career in the banking sector. You will be the face of the bank, helping customers with their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities

New Customer Acquisition: Identifying and meeting potential customers to open New Savings and Current Accounts (CASA).
Field Sales: Daily outdoor marketing activities, local travel, and market mapping to generate business.
Product Promotion: Cross-selling other banking products such as Credit Cards, Loans, Insurance, and Fixed Deposits.
Target Achievement: Meeting monthly sales goals to earn lucrative performance-based incentives.
Compliance: Ensuring proper KYC documentation and a smooth onboarding experience for every customer.
What We Are Looking For
Education: Graduation is mandatory (Any stream).
Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!).
Skills: Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; a persuasive “never-give-up” attitude.
Must-Have: A Two-Wheeler and a valid Driving License
