 Position: Revenue Development Manager – BDM

Channel: Agency Channel

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (Insurance or BFSI preferred)

CTC: Up to ₹3.80 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Other Benefits

Qualification: Minimum Graduation is Compulsory

Job Roles

– Identify, recruit, and manage a team of advisors from the local market

– Train and motivate advisors to drive sales and achieve targets

– Support advisors in client meetings, business generation, and closing sales

– Regularly review and monitor advisor performance

– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through your team

– Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

– Organize local activities to promote insurance awareness and increase business reach
