Graduate with 2+ years of sales and marketing experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Must own a bike for travel

Compensation:

₹2.75 to ₹4.00 LPA annual salary + bonuses

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of insurance agents
Drive business growth and manage client relationships
Monitor market trends and prepare sales reports
