The Sales Development Manager (SDM) plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business by managing and coaching the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
Key Responsibility:
– Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key metrics like lead conversion rates, activity levels, and pipeline status.
– Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives, driving team motivation and performance.
– Work closely with the marketing department to create and execute outbound campaigns that drive lead generation efforts.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
– 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
– The ideal age range is 22-40 years old.
– Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
– Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
