Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new agents to grow the agency network
Train agents on products, sales practices, and compliance
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals
Maintain strong relationships with agents to drive engagement
Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
