Job Description
The Sales Development Manager will oversee and drive the growth of the Agency Channel by recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents. This role involves developing sales strategies, achieving business targets, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the agency force.
Responsibilities:
· Recruit and onboard new agents.
· Conduct training and development programs.
· Set and monitor sales targets.
· Evaluate and support agent performance.
· Develop and implement sales strategies.
· Build strong agent relationships and address issues.
· Prepare sales performance reports.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
· 1-2 years of experience in a sales role.
