Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and grow our insurance agency network in India. You will drive business growth, develop sales strategies, and lead a team of agents while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement plans to expand the agency network.
Lead and motivate a team of sales agents.
Build strong relationships with agency partners.
Analyze market trends and sales data for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support and train agents to enhance performance.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 2 years of sales management experience in insurance.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of insurance laws and the Indian market.
Prior fieldwork experience required.
Must be based locally in India.
