This role is offered by apna.co. As a Sales Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing a high-performing network of Financial Consultants (FCs). You will train, inspire, and guide these certified consultants to effectively sell insurance. Your role will also involve working alongside FCs to engage with prospective customers, driving sales, and offering support before and after the sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and build a strong distribution network of Financial Consultants (FCs).
Provide training and motivation to FCs to help them sell insurance products.
Collaborate with FCs to meet prospective clients and close sales.
Offer both pre-sales and post-sales assistance to customers.
Candidate Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Banking, Finance, or Insurance sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team.
