About the Role:

The Sales Operations Manager – Banking and Insurance will oversee and enhance sales support processes, ensure seamless coordination between teams, and deliver exceptional client engagement strategies. The role focuses on driving operational excellence within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize sales support functions and streamline operational workflows.

Act as a liaison between sales teams, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely deliverables.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Develop training programs to enhance sales team effectiveness.

Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals and KPIs.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-2+ years in sales support, sales operations, or a similar role in the BFSI industry.

Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualification: Minimum undergraduate degree.

Age: 21-38 years.

Compensation:

₹2.20 LPA to ₹4.00 LPA + performance incentives.
