Job Description
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify potential leads, providing crucial support to our sales team in Cuttack.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify leads through various sources.
Assess and qualify leads based on established criteria.
Maintain an organized database of leads and monitor outreach activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to create effective outreach strategies.
Conduct initial outreach through phone, email, or social media.
Arrange appointments for the sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales support.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-driven and team-oriented.
Compensation:
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA
