We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to help identify and qualify potential leads, providing essential support to our sales team in Cuttack.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify leads using various sources.
Evaluate and qualify leads according to set criteria.
Maintain an organized database of leads and track outreach efforts.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, or social media.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales support.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and a team player.
Compensation:
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA
