About the Role:

The Sales Development Representative will focus on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.

Build relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and pain points.

Requirements:

1-2+ years of experience in lead generation or inside sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.

Strong research and communication skills.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Minimum undergraduate degree.

Compensation: ₹3.00 LPA to ₹4.00 LPA + incentives.
