Responsibilities:
- Initiate meaningful conversations through phone calls, emails, and online chat with potential customers.
- Gain expertise in our products/services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
- Actively prospect, qualify leads, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve and exceed targets.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by demonstrating a results-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
- Comfortable using sales tools, CRM software, and other technology platforms.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take the initiative and drive results.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
