Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Surat
Experience: 1-2 years
Qualification: Any Graduate

Responsibilities: 

  • Initiate meaningful conversations through phone calls, emails, and online chat with potential customers.
  • Gain expertise in our products/services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Actively prospect, qualify leads, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by demonstrating a results-oriented approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.

Requirements: 

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
  • Comfortable using sales tools, CRM software, and other technology platforms.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take the initiative and drive results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
