Job Description
An Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of agents to meet sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer service.
Key Duties:
Recruit, train, and manage agents to optimize performance.
Set and track sales goals, implementing strategies to achieve them.
Address client concerns and maintain exceptional service standards.
Oversee marketing campaigns to enhance agency visibility.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Monitor agent performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Report regularly to senior management on team performance.
Develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
Proven leadership skills and team management experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
