Job Description

About the Role:

As a Direct Sales Manager in the Agency Channel, you will manage a team of Insurance Advisors and work directly to achieve sales targets and drive new customer acquisition. You will ensure that your team is well-equipped to meet company goals through effective training and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors.

Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and acquire new customers.

Track and evaluate team performance and provide feedback.

Provide ongoing training to advisors on new products, policies, and sales techniques.

Foster strong relationships with agencies and clients to enhance customer retention.

Key Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in insurance.

Minimum undergraduate degree.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Age: 22 to 38 years.

Local candidates from Hyderabad preferred.

Compensation:

Salary (CTC): ₹3.50 LPA to ₹4.50 LPA
