Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive growth in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will oversee daily sales operations, develop effective strategies, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to consistently meet or surpass sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to boost revenue and expand market share.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and emerging industry trends.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree is required.
2-5 years of experience in field sales.
Proven track record in leading teams and consistently achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and guide a team toward success.
