Job Description
Duties of a Sales Officer:
- Assist the sales manager in developing action plans and sales strategies, prepare and manage customer accounts, and provide new business prospects.
- Establish and manage systems for tracking and monitoring sales.
- Keep an eye on the processes utilised to wrap up customer business.
- Perform competition research, market analysis, and product appraisal.
- Propose, attend functions and trade shows, and promote goods.
- Establish and maintain relationships for cooperative selling
- Keeping sales reports, budgets, and predictions current
- Maintain and regulate the sales inventory
- Analyze and record performance and trends in sales.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is Compulsory
- Verified sales expertise.
- Proficient in both communication and bargaining.
- The capacity to function both alone and collaboratively.
- Expertise in CRM and MS Office applications.
- A readiness to journey.
