Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to identify, nurture, and manage strategic business prospects to increase sales and grow the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sell bank products, including current and savings accounts.
· Identify and close prospects.
· Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities.
· Conduct cold calls to solicit business.
· Gather and share customer/prospect feedback.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· 6 months to 2 years of field sales experience.
· Strong negotiation and marketing skills.
· Effective time management.
· Local candidate preferred.
