Job Description
As a Sales Officer, your main role is to sell banking products and services, build customer relationships, and meet sales targets. You will offer personalized solutions to customers, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to the overall growth of the bank.
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers for CASA accounts, conduct presentations, and facilitate account openings.
- Customer Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, address inquiries, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed CASA sales targets, cross-sell banking products, and strategize to increase CASA deposits.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate records, and follow KYC guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven sales experience (1 to 3 years) in banking or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal skills, understanding of customer needs, and knowledge of CASA products and regulations.
