Job Description
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales, fostering relationships with customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves identifying customer needs, recommending the appropriate products or services, and guiding clients through the purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
– Understand customer requirements, provide product recommendations, and resolve concerns or issues.
– Handle customer questions and resolve any complaints or service issues post-sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
– Identify additional sales opportunities by suggesting complementary products or services to existing customers
– Follow up on sales leads, ensuring no potential sale is missed, and assist with the resolution of any issues or queries during the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor Degree
– Proven experience in a customer sales, customer service, or retail sales role.
– Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
