Key Responsibilities:
Expand Our Network: Lead the recruitment of new agency partners to strengthen our sales capabilities.
Training for Success: Design and implement training programs that empower agents to excel in their roles.
Continuous Coaching: Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure agents meet their goals.
Foster Strong Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with agents, ensuring growth and long-term collaboration.

What You’ll Bring:
A graduate degree in any field.
2+ years of experience in recruitment, agency management, or sales leadership.
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
The ability to assess talent and drive development.
