Identify & Bridge Skill Gaps: Assess team capabilities, pinpoint development areas, and implement training plans for continuous growth.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1-4 years of hands-on experience in field sales and marketing (BFSI experience is a plus).
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor, inspire, and coach sales teams to success.
Passion for Training: A genuine interest in the development and growth of your team members.
