Job Description

This role will concentrate on recruiting, training, and managing performance to achieve sales goals and strengthen our market presence. The perfect candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to develop strong partnerships with agencies.

Main Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard new agencies.
Provide training and support to enhance agency performance.
Create and implement effective sales strategies.
Build and nurture strong relationships with agency partners.
Track agency performance and offer insightful feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales or agency management.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
