Role:
As the Senior Sales Agency Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing a network of insurance agents, ensuring they are equipped to achieve their sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Agency Development: Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to drive sales growth.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the agency model.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing guidance and support to help them meet targets.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years in Field Sales.
Skills:
o Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Compensation:
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits.
